Can I use ShineMe every day?

Yes, it's recommend 1 sachet a day. After 3 months, it is worth taking a one-month break.

Can pregnant and breastfeeding women use ShineMe?

It is not recommended to take the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.  LittleMe 1st Trimester, LittleMe 2nd and 3rd trimester and OmegaMe Prenatal products have been developed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. For your own safety, consult your physician before you begin taking any supplement.

Will my hair be weak again after stopping ShineMe?

If you stop taking the supplement, but maintain a diet containing all the essential nutrients, the condition of your hair should not deteriorate. However, if you notice any negative changes, consult a trichologist or a nutritionist.nist.
