Cashews are the fruit of the western cashew (also known as western nancherry - Anacardium occidentale L.), a tree species in the nancherry family, which is a close relative of the mango. Cashews are native to tropical areas of South America (mainly Brazil). These kidney-shaped nuts (hence their name) are also grown in India, Vietnam and Central Africa. The Brazilian variety is larger in size and has a sweet flavour, while those from Indian cultivation are smaller, crunchier but less sweet.

No added salt or sugar. No palm oil

Store in a dry and shaded place. Store in the refrigerator after opening.  Once opened, consume within 3 months.
