Created by grinding coconut pulp!

Coconut paste at a higher temperature takes the form of a thick cream. Coconut mousse, which is also often referred to as coconut butter, is a tasty source of fibre, potassium, magnesium and iron. Thanks to vitamin D, it is an ally in the fight against depression, and the vitamin K in it, helps with learning by supporting neurological processes. 

Unlike coconut oil, it is more dense, making it a great addition to omelettes, cakes or bars. It also works well as an addition to smoothies, or as a healthy substitute for cream, as a crowning touch to a fruit dessert 

No added salt or sugar. Free of palm oil.

The mousse takes on a liquid form at higher temperatures. Stir thoroughly before use.

Store in a dry and shaded place. Store in the refrigerator after opening.  Once opened, consume within 3 months.
