Method of preparation:

Pour 1/2 cup from 0.5 litres of milk, pour the contents of the bag into it and mix thoroughly. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, then pour the prepared mixture into it. Cook, stirring, until the pudding thickens. Pour into serving bowls and leave to cool.
