How to prepare an infusion of a meadow:

HOT portion per cup

Pour boiling water over a heaped teaspoon (about 250 ml) and let it brew, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir after brewing. You can sweeten with your favorite honey.

COLD portion per liter of herbal lemonade

Pour 2 heaped tablespoons of dried with boiling water (250 ml) and let it brew, covered, for 15 minutes. When the essence has cooled down, drain the herbs, add a tablespoon of honey, and fill up with cold water (750 ml). The infusion tastes best when it is chilled, you can add ice cubes.
