Calming tea for kids - Honey bear 30g - A cup of tea is a great way to start a good day!

Miodziś presents real goodies! Herbal tea that tastes so good that children immediately stand the cup and ask for more. An infusion for the little ones for calming and strengthening. Thanks to the addition of licorice root, it is naturally sweet and delicious in taste! 

What does the tea contain?

- lavender and chamomile flowers and lemon balm leaves

- raspberry and lemon balm leaves are rich in vitamin C

- raspberry, lavender, chamomile, licorice and lemon balm 

- has an excellent composition and zero sugar, preservatives or artificial colors.

Preparation: 

FOR HEAT - serving for 1 cup

Pour boiling water (about 250ml) over a flat teaspoon of the dried herb and brew covered for 5 minutes. After brewing, set aside to cool for 3-5minutes. You can sweeten with your favorite honey, but it is not necessary - the tea has the natural sweetness of licorice and citrus notes of lemon balm. Yum! 

FOR COLD - serving for 1 liter of herbal lemonade

Pour boiling water (250ml) over a heaping tablespoon of dried herbs and steep covered for 10 minutes. When the essence has cooled, strain the herbs, add a teaspoon of your favorite honey, top up with cold water (750ml). The infusion tastes best well chilled, you can add ice cubes. Perfect for hot weather and teddy bear-like, communal relaxation!
