Clarified butter, produced in the traditional way in a long and slow process derived from an Indian recipe. Made from the milk of Polish cows, grazed on Bieszczady pastures. Clarified butter is ideal for frying - it has a high smoke point of 260 degrees Celsius.

Properties of Ghee clarified butter:

has a smooth texture 

- creamy - ideal for spreading 

- has a deep, creamy and buttery aroma

- has a light yellow colour 

- enhances any dish 

- has a high smoke point and does not burn during frying

- releases no harmful substances, regardless of the temperature at which it is used 

- does not contain casein, lactose or gluten 

Clarified butter applications 

Clarified Ghee butter is an excellent fat for cooking, frying, baking food, heating, sautéing and stewing your favourite dishes - it will impart a wonderful aroma and softness, and will even accentuate the golden crust of meats, fish and coatings! 

Ghee butter is an outstanding substitute and a tasty base for sandwiches! Exceptional cold flavour and aroma, but also an excellent addition to dumplings or hooves, shortcrust cakes, pies and yeast cakes! 

The way to make clarified butter: add a teaspoon of clarified butter and a splash of coconut oil to freshly brewed coffee. Blend the prepared drink until frothy. You will thus prepare a drink called ‘bulletproof coffee’, which will give you energy!

Clarified butter is perfect as a velvety cosmetic - in a massage or bath. It pleasantly smooths and moisturises the skin. 

How is clarified butter made? 

Ghee clarified butter is an Indian-inspired cow's milk fat - 100% nature in your kitchen. It is made from milk from Polish cows in a slow clarification process that takes 8 to 12 hours. 

Due to the process by which it is prepared, clarified butter has a long expiry date and does not need to be stored in the fridge. Always soft and creamy, clarified butter resembles a solid, while during the melting process it becomes liquid gold!
