Honeydew nectar honey 1200g - Mild taste and slightly spicy aroma!

Fine-grained honey from honeydew and flower nectars with dark colour, mild resinous taste and slightly spicy aroma. The colour of the honey may vary from yellow-brown to dark brown with a greenish tint, depending on the type of honeydew present.

Properties of honeydew nectar honey:

- has a very varied composition and quite high nutritional value

- used in diseases of the heart, circulatory system, treatment of the respiratory tract, digestive disorders and inflammation of the body

- has diuretic, cholagogic, anti-inflammatory and disinfectant properties

Natural bee honey crystallizes. Depending on the species, honey can crystallize from a few days to a year. It can be returned to liquid form by heating to 40°C, but it should be protected from sunlight daily and not stored above 18°C.
