Dosage:

The kvass is recommended to be given to children every day, about half a glass each. Preferably on an empty stomach or before meals. It can be served cool, straight from the fridge, or warmed gently. Do not bring the kvass to the boil. The product is recommended for children from 3 years of age.

Storage: Store your kvass in the fridge when you receive the package. Kvass is a natural, living silage, so it may gas and foam.
