Preparation:

Pour 100g of product (2 scoops or 5 heaped tablespoons) into 400ml of milk/vegetable drink or water. Stir for 15 sec.  

Half serving (186.5 kcal): Pour 50g of product (1 scoop or 5 flat tablespoons) into 200 ml of milk/vegetable drink or water. Stir for 15 seconds.

Storage: Store in a dry and cool place. Protect from light. Once opened, the contents should be consumed within 3 months.
