Pour 100g of product (2 scoops or 5 heaped tablespoons) into 400ml of milk/vegetable drink or water. Stir for 15 sec.  

Half serving (186.5 kcal): Pour 50g of product (1 scoop or 5 flat tablespoons) into 200 ml of milk/vegetable drink or water. Stir for 15 seconds. 

Recommended daily allowance: The recommended daily allowance is 100g of product (1 serving). Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. The dietary supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is intended for adults over 18 years of age.
